The customer acknowledges that if they have raised or lowered suspension in the their vehicle we cannot guarantee the fitment of wheels and tyres without sighting the vehicle (and in some cases until wheels and tyres are fitted on the vehicle) as different suspension lift kits (or lowering kits) fitted previously can affect wheel and tyre fitment depending what height they are set at as different brands have different outcomes. Further modifications may need to be undertaken to make the wheels and tyre suitable for the modified vehicle. The same applies for (but is not limited to) flares, wheels outside the recommended OEM offset scope, larger than OEM tyre sizes, bullbars & mudflaps fitted on vehicles which can affect wheel and tyre fitment.
If your vehicle is highly customized and/or has raised or lowered suspension, we cannot guarantee fitment unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may be incurred at the point of installation for safe/ proper fitment and alignment if the incorrect information has been provided by the customer
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and suitability of information you provide for an order, and (subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ["ACL"]) you will not be entitled to a refund if the goods or services are not suitable because you provided incorrect information. eg; If you have not informed us of additional accessories fitted to your vehicle such as a bullbar, winch, incorrectly measured or assumed constant weight in rear/front or future modifications which add additional weight to the vehicle and require heavier rated suspension, unrolled guards or excessively lowered vehicles.
We will always endeavor to provide the correct advice to the guidelines as per our professional opinion during the course of your Wheel & Tyre package discussion.
